Blogging On Guard For Thee
It's Canada Day.
I can properly celebrate the holiday tomorrow when I actually have the day off.
In the meanwhile I sit here, pondering the strange if not ominous existence of a bag of
Chili Garlic flavoured potato chips that's sitting on my desk. Sure, they taste pretty decent--if not slightly reminiscent of a batch of chicken wings I had a few weeks ago at a China King Buffet. However, these chili garlic chips have manifested themselves at a time where the
Wasabi flavoured chips have all but vanished from the grocery stores.
Why for the wasabi chips have vanished?
Did the wasabi flavouring reach a pivotal stage in its evolution, and inexplicably mutate into an apaprently far more superior species of flavour? (Well, superiority is in the tongue of the beholder, I suppose, as I still prefer the wasabi.) Or perhaps as the wasai chips lived in peace, the more aggressive & predatory chili garlic species moved in and rendered the wasabi's extinct?
Either way, it's a much safer thing to think about. Mel's over on the bed with a stack of gummi bears, hosting a gummi orgy with said gummi's being put in all sorts of unsavoury gummi positions.
(Does this make my blog Rated R now?)
